So much goes into what we experience of our bodies:

our ancestral lineage, upbringing, and environment. Societal constrictions, mental constructions, politics, quality of relationships, lack of boundaries, lack of awareness of your gifts…

My Mission is to help others make sense of all these things, and preserve what is most valuable to you.

My mission to serve the whole, in my unique way, is to help inspire you to create a relationship to your immutable wholeness. I am here to share what I’ve learned about letting go and leaning in. My life thus far has presented a psychosomatic path to healing all parts of my life. Over 15 years ago I was diagnosed with Lupus, and it took me on a journey of self discovery. Lupus taught me how often I gave in to exhaustion and kept pushing myself, it taught me the subtle ways I allowed fear to bully me, and it taught me that I needed to know that I mattered, and I had to learn that it was literal first. It taught me that I needed to learn to care about myself like I really mattered.

Most of us learn early to repressed or bypass our bodies, to begrudge them, to push them, to avoid them, to feel betrayed when they don’t “behave”, and to mask in indifference, shame or guilt for our experience in them.

What we don’t learn is that the bodyhome to our soul on earth, that the Body expresses belief, and that the body is the holder of truth and wisdom!

The body is like a living library, holding all the stories of your life. Some of those stories didn’t get finished well, and some are stuck without a meaningful ending. In our work together we revisit stories that may be unconsciously trying to find their way to an end, and lovingly befriend the behaviors and patterns of being that exist there. We compassionately come to see they are trying their best to serve us, and offer them rest and eventually let them go in favor of outcomes that ultimately honor the story best.

Today I am certain that life’s greatest challenges are invitations into our most powerful, healed version of self. I believe that just by existing in this time and space means you have a profound part to play. You are here on purpose. And becoming more awake to your purpose means realizing the gift that you are, alive in the present moment, embodying your truth so that you might best serve the whole, in your unique way.
